Returns within 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Sable Halifax accepts no responsibility for packages lost or damaged during return shipping — we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Products returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the situation and assist you as swiftly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, particularly:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),
  • Custom-made or personalized items,
  • Personal care items and cosmetics,
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale or final sale items (clearance), except in special cases where an individual solution can be found.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU - 30 Days)

If your order was shipped to a European Union country, you are entitled to a 30-day right of withdrawal from receiving the package, without reason and without penalty.

The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging) and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your initial payment method within 10 business days.
