Returns within 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

We respond to return requests within 1–2 business days. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Products returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Returns are processed through our fulfilment centre.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, particularly:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care items and cosmetics
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale or clearance items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
